1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SuperCase ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use SuperCase for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the service
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Description

SuperCase provides business case generation services. The Service includes:

  • 5 free business cases per month per organization
  • Additional business cases at $5 each after the monthly free allocation
  • CRM integration capabilities
  • Web-based support

4. Payment Terms

For paid services, payment is due upon service delivery. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Service.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to SuperCase. By using the Service, you grant SuperCase a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
  • To submit false or misleading information

7. Disclaimer

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperCase excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms relating to our Service and the use of this Service.

8. Limitations

In no event shall SuperCase or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if SuperCase or a SuperCase authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
